Both are to blame, really. People here went ahead and did it anyway, despite knowing something bad would happen, despite all the warnings. A lot of people felt it was worth it and took the risk anyway. But some people just didn't know any better. So if you ask me, yes, bother are to blame. I certainly didn't trust it.
