Willpower Rating (1-10): She has a very strong will, given that she was able to manipulate and survive the Time Vortex, which is evidently a rare thing, and she's had enough experience and training to overcome perception filters and recognize psychic paper, but she's still only human and had no way to stop Cassandra compressing her psyche, so...make of that as you will.
Up to What Level, if Any, May Wilhelm Enforce: She has no way to stop him trying any level, though if she realizes he's reading her mind or trying to control her, she'll put up a fight.
How much info may Wilhelm know from Level One?: Anything but her time as the Bad Wolf. She herself doesn't remember it, and to access that would be to know everything ever, anyway.
Exceptions/Additional Material About your Character: See above, mostly? She might eventually get a regain or two that would make her a bit more buffered against level two and three, and it's reasonable to assume that at level three, she has at least one psychic friend that would intercede for her if she were until control for too long or at the wrong moment?

Exceptions/Additional Material About your Character: Theta doesn't know how ergaleomancy works, so if he's curious about it, he could make guesses and postulate theories about it based on what he digs up in her head, but the extent of her knowledge of it is "it works because it works".
Similarly, Theta hasn't sorted out her own gender issues. If he'd like to be benevolent and help her sort through them

What: He is ALMOST a normal human, but somehow he has shinigami eyes congenitally (there is no canon as to why) So you can consider him to be maybe 1% supernatural being.
Willpower rating: I'll give him an 8. His self worth is complicated but overall fairly low; nevertheless his determination can be fuckin' extreme if he actually cares.
Level: Up to 2 is normally fine. If you wish to implement 3, send me a PM or contact on AIM at Macrocosm says, cause it depends what you wanna do.

Willpower rating: I'd give her a 6.5 if she's by herself. She's got a big ego and she's brave, but she's also kinda heavily reliant on twin power. If Len was here she'd be much higher.

Date: 2011-01-08 04:46 pm (UTC)This is a good question. Canonically, yes, they are. On at least one example, he's been shown to be able to control AI. However, I would argue that it has to be man-made AI, or at least AI that has a thought process similar enough to a human. Like is Rin more like how a regular robot or cyborg would think, or are her thought patterns entirely erratic in comparison to humans and she's more like Yuki Nagato in that regard?

What: He's a reaper, which is basically an unevolved form of what Josh and Mr. H are. Beat's form is especially crude since he's got less than a week of reaperdom under his belt.
Willpower rating: It's complicated. From the canon point I've taken him, his self worth is a bit in the toilet, but at the same time, he's dead serious planning to topple a freaking God, and he's generally got an attitude akin to any burning spirit shounen protagonist.
Level: 3's fine if it makes sense.

Exceptions/Additional Material About your Character: Cynric really is over 1000 years old. He doesn't remember most of his life due to being so old, and a lifetime of trauma. Wilhelm could easily learn more about Cynric than he knows about himself. He's also easily the most powerful spellcaster that lived in his world. Hurray.

Has experienced death before, Ciel is not her real name, possesses many conflicting personality traits, and she has a lot of skeletons. :V
Exceptions/Additional Material About your Character: Going back to willpower rating, Ciel, in a sense, has NO will NOR sense of self. She simply follows purposes and orders given to her: she's a tool and she accepts it. Bound to a given role, however, along with her high sorcery potential and specialized training to deal with the supernatural, possession and mental control on her will be very hard. I'll also be fine with if Wilheim can tell that (seemingly have no will/self-worth, yet strangely difficult to manipulate). I'd appreciate it if he can only see the surface of her 'present' situation/background and none of her past, though: Ciel's history is pretty convoluted. ;; As usual, PM me if there's anything, o/

Exceptions/Additional Material About your Character: Okay, I'm gonna be honest, and I just skimmed that info post because I just woke up, but, I mean, I know you, and I trust you, and if you ever wanna do anything, literally, that is a-okay with me. Sherlock has a scary amount of self-control, but he's still very only human and Wilhelm can probably get in pretty easily.
That being said his mind is also a scary-ass place and it's so very chaotic and crammed and never stops moving and being in there may quite literally drive you insane. So watch out for that.

Willpower Rating (1-10): He's a member of the Green Lantern Corps and owns (but not yet regained) a GL ring, which is fueled by the force of his willpower. He's still a little new to the Corps, but he's already shown that he has exceptionally strong willpower, more so than most other humans. I'd say a 9.
Up to What Level, if Any, May Wilhelm Enforce: Up to two. Hal has been mind-controlled later in his canon for a huge amount of time, but this was after years of a slow, insidious possession and triggered by massive personal tragedy that pretty much shattered him.
